Privacy Policy for Tebrunavyo
How Tebrunavyo handles information when you browse this website and use AI-supported reporting for multi-exchange crypto oversight. We describe what is collected, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
This page explains our general information practices. It does not provide legal advice and does not describe jurisdiction-specific requirements.
What this policy covers
Tebrunavyo provides AI-supported data analysis for multi-exchange crypto oversight, including unified reporting, documented risk controls, and approval-based rebalancing proposals. This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information processed in connection with this website and related informational tooling, the purposes for processing, and general practices for security, retention, and individual choice.
This policy applies to information collected through this website and through features you choose to use on it. It does not apply to information processed directly by third-party exchanges, wallet providers, or other external platforms you may use separately. If you connect an exchange account for analysis, that exchange's own terms and notices continue to apply to its handling of your account.

Information we process
We process only the information reasonably needed to operate the website, respond to requests, provide the analysis features you choose to use, and protect the security of the service. You are not required to provide information beyond what is needed for a particular feature.
- ✓Information you provide. For example, contact details or messages you submit through forms on this website, and preferences you set for reporting or communications.
- ✓Connection information, if you use it. If you choose to connect an exchange for oversight, identifiers and account data needed to retrieve balances, positions, or transaction history for display and analysis.
- ✓Technical information. Device and browser type, pages viewed, interaction with site features, and basic diagnostic and security log data.
We do not ask for private keys, withdrawal permissions, or seed phrases in connection with read-only oversight. If a feature ever requests broader permissions, the request will describe the scope and you should review it before proceeding.
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Contact and requests | Name, email address, message content you submit |
| Analysis inputs | Exchange connection identifiers, selected accounts, reporting preferences |
| Usage and diagnostics | Pages visited, feature use, error logs, time stamps |
| Device and network | Browser type, operating system, approximate network information |
Only the categories relevant to the feature you use are processed. Providing additional detail is optional unless marked as required.
How information is used
Information is used to operate, maintain, and improve the website and its reporting features, and to communicate with you when you request it. Processing is limited to the purposes described here and to compatible operational purposes.
Provide requested features
Generate unified reports, display balances and activity across connected sources, and present approval-based rebalancing proposals for your review.
Operate and secure the site
Maintain functionality, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Communicate
Respond to inquiries, send requested updates or notices about features, and manage preferences for informational messages.
Information is not used to provide investment advice, to guarantee market outcomes, or to make automated financial decisions on your behalf. Any rebalancing proposal requires your review and approval before any action could be taken outside this website, and past market behaviour does not indicate future results.
Connected accounts and API data
If you connect an exchange account, Tebrunavyo processes data from that connection only to provide the oversight and reporting you request. Connection credentials should be limited to the minimum permissions needed for viewing and analysis.
Minimum-permission connections
Where the exchange supports it, use read-only API keys without trading or withdrawal permissions. Review permissions in your exchange account before and after connecting.
No independent trading
Analysis and proposals are presented for your approval. Tebrunavyo does not move assets or place orders on your behalf through this website.
Your control to disconnect
You can revoke or delete API keys in your exchange account at any time. Revocation stops further retrieval through that key. Previously generated reports may be retained as described in the retention section.
Do not share private keys, passwords, or two-factor codes through website forms. If you believe a credential has been exposed, rotate it in the exchange account immediately and review recent activity there.
When information is shared
Information is not sold. It is shared only as needed to operate the service, to comply with applicable legal obligations, or to protect rights, safety, and security, as described below.
Service operation
With providers that support hosting, storage, security, and basic site functionality, limited to what is needed to perform those tasks.
- Bound by confidentiality and use limitations
- No independent use for their own purposes
Legal and safety
When reasonably necessary to comply with law, to respond to lawful requests, or to investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Assessed case by case
- Limited to relevant information
With your direction
When you ask us to share information, for example to respond to an inquiry you submit or to display data you choose to connect.
- Only the information involved in your request
- You can withdraw future sharing by disconnecting
If the structure of the service changes, for example in connection with a reorganisation, any transfer of information would remain subject to the purposes and protections described in this policy.
Browser technologies
This website may use cookies and similar browser storage to remember preferences, keep the site working correctly, and understand general usage in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
- ✓Strictly necessary storage. Needed for basic functions such as security, load balancing, and remembering privacy choices.
- ✓Preference storage. Remembers settings such as display options you select.
- ✓Measurement, if enabled. Aggregated information about pages and features used, to improve clarity and performance.
Blocking some storage may affect how parts of the site function. Guidance for managing cookies is available in your browser's help documentation. Third-party exchanges and external sites you visit separately apply their own cookie practices.
Do-not-track and similar browser signals are handled according to browser behaviour; where no common standard applies, general preference controls remain available.
Protection of information
We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, and misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so residual risk cannot be eliminated.
Access limitation
Access is restricted to what is needed for operation, maintenance, and support, with authentication and logging for administrative functions.
Transmission and storage safeguards
Encryption in transit and appropriate storage controls are used where supported, alongside monitoring for errors and abuse.
Your role
Use unique credentials for connected exchanges, enable two-factor authentication where available, limit API permissions, and keep devices and browsers updated.
How long information is kept
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide requested features, to maintain records of communications or reports you asked for, to protect security, and to meet applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified according to routine practices.
Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting and are then deleted or aggregated. If you disconnect an exchange or ask that optional information no longer be used for future reporting, further collection through that connection stops; copies already included in reports you generated may remain as part of those records unless deletion is requested and can reasonably be applied.
Control over your information
You can review and manage much of your information directly through browser controls and, where applicable, through settings in your exchange accounts. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to request access, correction, or deletion of certain information.
Access and correction
You may ask to review the contact information or preferences you submitted through this website and to correct inaccuracies. For connected exchange data, the most current source is your exchange account; corrections to balances or history are made there.
Deletion and disconnection
You may ask that optional information you provided no longer be used for future communications or reporting. You may also disconnect an exchange at the source by revoking the API key, which prevents further retrieval through that key.
Communications preferences
Informational messages are sent only where you have requested them or where they concern operation and security of a feature you use. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by following the instructions in the message or by submitting a new preference through the website.
How to make a request
Requests can be described through the contact options published on this website. To help locate the relevant information, include the email address or identifier you used and a clear description of your request. Verification may be needed before action is taken to protect against unauthorised disclosure.
We respond to requests within a reasonable time and explain any limitation that applies. Some information may need to be retained for security, record-keeping, or legal reasons even after a deletion request, in which case further use is limited to those purposes.
Children, third parties, and changes
Children's privacy
This website is intended for general informational use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such information is identified, it will be deleted through routine review.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to features or practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be indicated by the date shown at the top of this page.
