Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using Tebrunavyo, including the website and any connected dashboards, reports, or analysis features, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms describe the service as informational tooling and set out permitted use, responsibilities, and limitations.
What Tebrunavyo provides
Tebrunavyo provides AI-supported data analysis for multi-exchange crypto oversight. The service consolidates information for review, including unified reporting, documented risk controls, and approval-based rebalancing proposals.
Tebrunavyo does not operate an exchange, does not hold client assets, does not execute transactions on your behalf, and does not provide brokerage, custody, or asset management services. Any action relating to your exchange accounts must be reviewed and approved by you in the relevant exchange interface.
- ✓Unified oversight: Organise information from connected sources for monitoring and review.
- ✓Documented controls: Present risk parameters and reporting logic in a traceable format.
- ✓Approval-based proposals: Proposals require your separate review and approval; they are not automatic instructions.

Not investment advice
All content provided through Tebrunavyo, including analyses, summaries, charts, scores, alerts, and rebalancing proposals, is for general informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, or tax advice, and it should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or transfer any asset.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for evaluating the suitability of any action in light of your objectives, financial situation, and risk tolerance. Consider seeking independent professional advice where appropriate. Past market behaviour does not indicate future results, and all crypto markets involve substantial risk, including volatility and potential loss.
No guarantees
Tebrunavyo does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, profitability, or any particular outcome from use of the information presented.
Your judgment controls
Do not act solely on automated summaries or proposals. Verify material information in the source exchange or other primary records before acting.
Who may use the service
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your location and comply with all applicable laws when using Tebrunavyo. You must not use the service where such use would be unlawful or restricted.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials used with Tebrunavyo and for all activity that occurs under your access. Notify the service through available channels if you suspect unauthorised use, and take reasonable steps to secure your devices and accounts.
Tebrunavyo may modify, limit, or discontinue access to features to protect security, integrity, or availability, or to comply with operational requirements.
Your connections and credentials
Where Tebrunavyo allows you to connect third-party exchange accounts for oversight and reporting, you remain responsible for those accounts and for any keys, tokens, permissions, or settings you create and use for the connection.
Use least-privilege access
Where the exchange supports permission settings, use read-only or minimum-necessary permissions suitable for reporting and oversight. Do not grant withdrawal, transfer, or trading permissions unless you have independently assessed the need and risk.
Protect keys and devices
Store API keys and credentials securely, rotate or revoke them if exposed, and disconnect connections you no longer use. You are responsible for actions taken with credentials you create.
Verify source data
Balances, orders, and history shown in Tebrunavyo depend on third-party data. The exchange record is authoritative in case of discrepancy.
Tebrunavyo does not control exchange authentication systems and cannot recover credentials issued by third parties. Disconnection or revocation is managed by you in the relevant exchange.
Permitted and prohibited conduct
You agree to use Tebrunavyo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not misuse the service or interfere with its normal operation.
Permitted use
Use reporting and analysis features for your own oversight and internal review, in compliance with applicable law and third-party terms.
- Review reports for your own accounts
- Maintain security of your access
- Respect intellectual property rights
Prohibited conduct
Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or circumvent the service or the rights of others.
- No unauthorised access or interference
- No extraction that violates rate limits or controls
- No unlawful, misleading, or infringing use
Compliance
You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to you and with terms of any exchange or service you connect.
- Follow exchange API and use policies
- Do not use the service to breach obligations
- Cooperate with reasonable security measures
AI-supported analysis
Tebrunavyo uses automated and AI-supported methods to organise and summarise data. Such methods may produce incomplete, imprecise, or outdated outputs, may not reflect all market conditions, and may not identify all risks or errors in source data.
Analysis outputs do not constitute a warranty, assurance, audit, or certification of any position, control, or strategy. Documented risk controls describe how information is presented for review; they do not eliminate market, operational, counterparty, technical, or data-feed risks.
How should proposals be treated?
Rebalancing proposals are informational suggestions for your review. They require your independent assessment and separate approval in the relevant exchange, if you choose to act. Tebrunavyo does not execute proposals and does not monitor whether you implement them.
What about delays and errors?
Data feeds, exchange interfaces, and networks may cause delays, gaps, or errors. Always verify time-sensitive information directly with the source before relying on it.
Third-party exchanges and data
Tebrunavyo may display information from or link to third-party exchanges, market data providers, or other services. Those third parties operate independently, and their terms, fees, availability, and security practices apply to your use of their services.
Tebrunavyo is not responsible for third-party content, actions, omissions, downtime, or changes to interfaces that affect connectivity or reporting. Connection to an exchange does not imply endorsement, partnership, or responsibility for that exchange.
Rights in the service
The website, dashboards, reports formatting, text, graphics, and software associated with Tebrunavyo are protected by intellectual property rights. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the service for its intended informational purpose.
You retain rights in data and materials you provide, to the extent permitted by law and by third-party terms. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer parts of the service except as permitted by law or with prior permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Tebrunavyo intellectual property to you.
Operation of the service
Tebrunavyo aims to provide reliable reporting and analysis, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, network conditions, exchange interface changes, or events outside reasonable control. Features may be added, modified, or discontinued to improve clarity, security, or performance.
Where changes materially affect use, information will be provided through the website or service interface. Continued use after updated information is published indicates acceptance of the updated operation of the service, without affecting the informational-only nature described in Section 2.
Risk disclosure and limitation of liability
Crypto assets are volatile and use of exchange connectivity, automated summaries, and network services involves risk, including loss from market movements, technical failures, delayed or inaccurate data, unauthorised access to credentials you manage, and third-party actions. You assume these risks when using Tebrunavyo for oversight.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tebrunavyo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, and for loss of profits, assets, data, or goodwill arising from or related to use of the service, is excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law. You remain responsible for decisions made on the basis of information presented and for verifying material facts before acting.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Tebrunavyo at any time and disconnect any exchange connections in the relevant exchange settings and, where available, in the service interface. Revoking keys or tokens at the exchange helps ensure prior connections cannot continue to synchronise data.
Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary to protect security, prevent misuse, maintain integrity, or comply with operational or legal requirements. Sections concerning informational nature, intellectual property, risks, and limitations continue to apply after termination to the extent relevant.
Changes to Terms and interpretation
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the service, operational practices, or applicable requirements. The version published on this page, marked with the update date, is the current version. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms describe the general basis for use of Tebrunavyo as informational tooling and do not create advisory, brokerage, custody, or fiduciary obligations.
